The Diamond Lake Estates Civic League is a nonprofit community organization serving residents of the Diamond Lake Estates neighborhood in Virginia Beach. Established in 1961, the League exists to support the quality of life, shared spaces, and civic interests of the community.
Membership is open to all residents of Diamond Lake Estates. Through participation and annual dues, members help maintain community amenities such as the lake and playground and take part in neighborhood meetings and decision-making.
The Civic League is governed by elected volunteer officers and a Board of Directors and operates under bylaws adopted by the membership. Regular meetings provide an open forum for residents to stay informed, raise concerns, and work together on matters that affect the neighborhood.
